Refund policy
You may return new, unused, unopened, and undamaged items to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the product (excluding custom-size filters). All returned merchandise must be unused in original condition and original packaging.
To start the returns process, please contact info@filterdelivery.ca with your order number in the subject line. A customer support specialist will then give instructions on how to proceed and estimate return and refund processing times.
